FishBIZ returns and refunds policy
FishBIZ offers a standard warranty policy in line with the applicable NZ legislation relating to goods traded between businesses and consumers. From time to time, some products may fail, be faulty or require update or repair.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to put it right. We will work with you to organise a replacement, repair or a return item.
In instances where the decision is a ‘change of mind’, we reserve the right to not offer a return or refund. This is case by case and will be conducted at our discretion however we do want our customers to have a good experience with FishBIZ so we will endeavor to put it right and ensure you are happy.
All returned products must be in or with original packaging where applicable.
